Team Headshot Pricing
Every team headshot session includes:
- Professional studio lighting - in our Grand Prairie studio or brought to your location
- Direction and posing guidance for every team member so everyone looks confident and natural
- One professionally retouched, high-resolution digital file per person, optimized for web and print use
- Online gallery for image review and selection
- Fast turnaround so your team images are ready to use quickly
Additional retouched images per person are available for purchase. Group photos, building photography, equipment photography, and staff-in-action images can be added to any session.
On-site location fee is $200 for sessions within 20 miles of our Grand Prairie studio. Distance adjustments are noted in your quote. For teams of 30 or more, a fully custom quote is provided.

How the Process Works
Most people who reach out to us have never coordinated a team photo session before. Here's exactly what to expect - it's simpler than you think.
Step 1 - Request a Quote
Complete our short quote request form below (it takes about two minutes). Tell us your team size, your preferred location, and any additional photography needs. We'll review your information and send a custom quote, usually within one business day.
Step 2 - Review and Confirm
Once you accept the quote, we'll confirm all details - date, time, location, setup requirements - and send a contract and invoice. Everything is in writing so there are no surprises.
Sept 3 - We Handle the Setup
On session day, we arrive early to set up professional lighting an a consistent backdrop at your office or in our studio. Your team members rotate through one at a time. Most individual headshots take around 10 minutes per person, so a team of 10 can typically be photographed in under two hours with minimal disruption to the workday.
Step 4 - Your Team Selects Their Images
Within a few business days of your session, a gallery link will be sent to your company representative or we will send individual online galleries to each individual if provided with their email addresses.
Step 5 - Delivery
Finished, retouched images are delivered digitally and ready to use immediately on your website, LinkedIn profiles, internal directories, marketing materials and anywhere else you need them.

Individual headshots typically take 10 minutes per team member. A team of 10 can usually be photographed in under two hours. A team of 20-25 typically takes a half day. We'll give you a realistic time estimate in your quote so you can plan accordingly and minimize disruption to the workday.

Both options are available. We bring full professional lighting and backdrop equipment to your office anywhere in the DFW Metroplex for an on-site location fee of $200 within 20 miles of our Grand Prairie studio). Alternatively, your team can come to us - our studio in Grand Prairie is a great option for remote staff, new hires, or smaller groups.

It happens. We can schedule individual makeup sessions in our Grand Prairie studio for team members who were absent, or for new hires who join after the main session. Individual pricing applies. We maintain your session's lighting and background settings so images remain consistent across your team.

Yes. Group photos, building photography, equipment shots, and staff-in-action lifestyle images can all be added to your session. Just indicate what you need on the quote request form and we'll include it in your custom quote.

Very little - that's by design. We recommend team members wear solid colors that reflect your company culture (business professional or business casual, depending on your brand). And of course if branded shirts or uniforms are required, please instruct them accordingly. We will provide posing guidance and direction during the session so no one needs to know how to pose. Most people who say they're n ot photogenic leave surprised at how natural their images look.

Turnaround time is confirmed in your quote and contract. For most sessions, finished retouched images are delivered within 5-7 business days. If you have a specific deadline - a website launch, a conference, a new employee announcement -= let us know and we will do everything we can to meet it.
