You arrive at our Grand Prairie studio (or we come to your location) and we spend a few minutes getting comfortable before we ever pick up a camera.
We discuss how and where you'll use your images so we can match the background, lighting, and style to your specific purpose.
You'll be guided on posture, angle, and expression - no guessing, no awkward standing around. Most clients are surprised at how natural it feels.
We review images together during the session so you can see what's working and make adjustments in real time.
Your finished, retouched images are delivered via an online gallery within 24-48 hours (Standard headshot) or as arranged (Executive Portrait).

Headshot Session FAQs

How long does a headshot session take?

The Standard Headshot session is 20-30 minutes - efficient and focused. The Executive Portrait session runs approximately one hour and includes time for multiple looks, backgrounds, or locations. Most clients are in and out faster than they expected.

What should I wear to my headshot session?

Solid colors generally photograph better than busy patterns. Wear something you would wear to an important client meeting - something that reflects how you want to be seen professionally. We will discuss wardrobe options during your consultation or when you book. When in doubt, bring two outfit options and we'll choose together.

Do you offer headshots on location or only in the studio?

Both. Our Grand Prairie studio provides a clean, controlled environment ideal for traditional professional headshots. For Executive Portraits and brand sessions, we can come to your office, a locatoin meaningful to your business, or an outdoor setting in the DFW area. Location options are discussed during your planning consultation.

How quickly will I receive my finished images?

Standard headshot sessions are turned around within 24-48 hours. Executive Portrait timelines are confirmed at booking. If you have a specific deadline - a conference, a launch, a media feature - let us know and we will do everything we can to meet it.

I'm uncomfortable in front of the camera. Will that be a problem?

It's actually the most common thing we hear. Almost every client says they're not photogenic or they hate having their picture taken - and almost every one of them leaves saying that was easier than they expected. You'll be guided through the entire session. You don't need to know how to post. That's our job.

Where are you located, and do you serve my area?

We are based in Grand Prairie, Texas and serve clients across the DFW Metroplex including Arlington, Mansfield, Euless, Irving, Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, Cedar Hill, Dallas, Fort Worth, Venus and Waxahachie. We are happy to travel to your office or a preferred location within the metroplex area.
